Services

Creation of a web site that offers a variety of tools - these tools can be down loaded for use by the clubs for a small fee.

Consultant Services - can be booked for a single session or a package deal
Evaluation services - evaluation of volunteer structure, staff structure, finance, fund raising - would depend on type of evaluation but the evaluation would include a final report with recommendations
On-line consultation - clubs can submit questions or concerns
Phone consultation - as above but by phone
Training - all services can be offered in training sessions
Focus Group Sessions - creation, organization and leadership of focus groups - used to solicit feedback from members and clients (charged on a per person basis split between host and facilitator)
